Dr. Anne Beinchet’s bio:

Dr. Beinchet finished her doctoral journey in translation studies in 2022, she is now an adjunct professor at Université de Moncton, New Brunswick, where she teaches translation. She has been in the language industry for over 25 years as a professional translator/reviewer, language instructor, and volunteer interpreter. She currently leads research projects on community translation and interpretation, which are language services offered to newcomers while they access public services. She is also involved in research projects on translation training and higher education pedagogy.
